Strength and Conditioning
Strength, mobility, and the endurance to put it all together — that’s what you’ll gain through our Strength and Conditioning classes!
Whether you are an athlete looking to increase performance and reduce the risk of injury or just someone who wants to be stronger and more fit, this varied circuit and cross-training fitness class is for you.

Low Impact
Our low impact exercise classes are designed to focus on form, mobility, stability, and strength so you can get the exercise you need without putting undue strain or weight on your muscles and joints.
You will have scheduled 6 week cycle workout phases that cycle through the same 3 workout split to achieve progressive overload, including warm-ups that are provided before the class so you can practice before class begins or at home. Workout sheets are provided so you can track your workouts, and learning form and centre of mass is a large priority. This semi-private fitness class is lower intensity than our other cross-training class, while still being fantastic for gaining the strength you need to stay healthy.

6 AM Bootcamp
All classes begin with a light warm up and dynamic mobility for proper set up. The focus of the workouts are reflected on a 4 day training schedule, that alternate strength movements, designed to have you feeling your best while being able to see and track your progress.

Mobility & Stability
Unlock your body’s potential with our Mobility & Stability Class every Saturday at 1 PM!
This small-group session (max of 10 participants) is designed to enhance flexibility, improve balance, and build strength in a supportive, hands-on environment. Perfect for all fitness levels, you’ll move better, feel stronger, and prevent injuries while learning techniques you can carry into your daily routine. SHED
SHED - a transformative program designed specifically for women navigating the complexities of menopause and perimenopause.
If you’re feeling confused and scared about these changes while struggling to lose weight, Jordy is here to provide the boost of confidence and support you need to get started.
Join us for semi-private, women-only sweat classes 2 times a week—Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM.
This class is built by women, for women, who truly understand the challenges of female health and is dedicated to creating a supportive, empowering atmosphere.
