Small Group Training
Our Small Group Fitness classes are a great way to get fit with the benefits of personal training while having fun with like-minded individuals at the same time! With our small-group fitness classes, you'll be able to workout with friends or make new ones while you sweat it out. We offer a variety of different class types, so you're sure to find one that's perfect for you.
Youth Fitness (Ages 10-12 or 13-17)
These group sessions are designed to help youth and teens to build confidence and strength in a safe and supportive environment. We offer multiple options designed for specific age groups, so you can find the perfect program for your needs. We focus on building confidence, coordination, strength and teamwork in an environment where every child feels supported and included.
