This isn’t your typical gym class. No boring drills, no standing around: just movement, games and FUN.
Our Youth Fitness Class is designed to help kids fall in love with being active through engaging, high-energy games and creative challenges. We focus on building confidence, coordination, strength and teamwork in an environment where every child feels supported and included.
Instead of pressure or performance, this class is all about:
• Moving your body in ways that feel good
• Learning new skills through play
• Building friendships and confidence
• Creating a positive relationship with exercise for life
For Parents:
Are you frustrated with being left out of the loop in your child’s fitness programs? We’ve created a clear communication platform to ensure consistent updates, organization, and transparency every step of the way.
Membership Options:
• 1 or 2x /week – $20 per class

TEEN FITNESS & STRENGTH (AGES 13-17)
How to...GYM?
This isn’t just a workout class: it’s where teens learn how to train properly, safely and confidently.
Our Teen Program is designed to teach the fundamentals most people never learn. We focus on building a strong foundation so teens can walk into any gym with confidence, knowing exactly what they’re doing and why.
This class covers:
• How to follow a structured workout program
• The primary movement patterns (push, pull, squat, hinge, carry)
• Proper form and technique for safety and results
• Gym etiquette
• Basic nutrition: how to fuel their goals
• Proper recovery and rest: understanding sleep, rest days, and how to balance training for long-term progress
The goal? To help teens become independent, capable, and confident in their fitness journey, without guessing or risking injury.
What’s Included:
• A complete Beginner Starter Pack/Guide with everything they need to get started
• Step-by-step coaching in a supportive environment
• Education that carries over into real-life gym settings
Membership Options:
• 1 or 2x /week – $20 per class
